The Carbon Fiber Horizontal Tripod Arm Kit features a 24" long bar that attaches horizontally to a tripod via a 3/8"-16 female base mount. Secured to the 32mm diameter bar are two tilt-adjustable mounting platforms. These can be moved left and right along the bar as well as tilted forward and backward as needed, and they each offer a 3/8"-16 mounting screw to which you can attach ball heads and other gear. Additionally, there's a 3/8"-16 screw on each end of the bar that you can attach additional gear to via ball heads, clamp adapters, and other support accessories.

Also, the bar itself can be panned 360° as well as slanted left/right, even into a fully vertical position. The maximum weight capacity is 22 lb (when set up horizontally). This bar allows you to mount multiple cameras and other devices and accessories for comprehensive productions, such as multi-camera shoots.
